Terms and Conditions

By Hiring from Collective Style Hire you immediately agree to the below terms and conditions.

BOOKINGS

When making a booking, please direct message Collective Style Hire to reserve a date.  Alternatively, bookings can be made via the direct link on our website.  Bookings are only secured once full payment has been made.  A receipt of the transfer must be provided as proof of purchase.  All bookings are for a 4 or 8  day hiring period unless otherwise agreed.

POSTAGE

Express Post Australia wide is available for a flat fee of $25 in addition to the hire price.  A prepaid return Express Post bag will be supplied for you to post the garment back at the end of your hire period.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your hire, please notify us immediately.  Whilst we do not offer store refunds, a store credit may be offered depending on the circumstances and if the cancellation is more than 7 days from the booking date.

PICK UP, DROP OFF AND TRY ONS

Try ons are available on request and pick up and drop off is located in Benowa Waters, Gold Coast

LATE FEES

All garments must be returned on or the day after your final day of hire (day 4 or 8)

Late fees of $10 per day will be charged should this not be met.

GARMENT CARE

Please under no circumstances attempt to clean the garment.  A dry cleaning fee is included in your hire charge.  Should any stains occur that need more treatment, you will be charged for this.  Please treat the garment with extra care and be extra cautious with makeup/tans etc.  If the garment is beyond repair, Collective Style Hire has the right to charge the client the full RRP.
